Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Attaxr(“Attaxr”, “we”) for using our products and services, including the Aquila platform. By using a product, requesting a demo, or contacting us about one, you accept them. If you use a product on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind it to these terms.

Attaxr products are currently offered by demonstration and direct arrangement. Access is granted per product and per agreed scope. Access to a demonstration does not create an account, a subscription, or any obligation to purchase.

Our products are security testing tools. Use them only against targets you are authorised to test: your own systems, systems with written permission from the owner, or programs whose scope explicitly covers the testing you perform. You are responsible for every request our products send on your instructions.

When using our products, do not:

• test systems without authorisation from their owner, outside a program’s published scope, or in breach of applicable law;
• attempt to overload, evade, or reverse our services, or resell access to them without a written agreement;
• use output from our products to harass, dox, or otherwise harm identifiable people.

Our products use AI agents to plan work, run tools, and analyse results. Their output is analysis to verify, not a verdict to trust blindly. You remain responsible for validating findings before acting on them or reporting them to anyone else.

Content you provide, such as target scopes and configuration, remains yours. We process it only to operate the product it was provided to, as described in our privacy policy. Do not submit personal data or secrets that the testing does not require.

Demonstrations and sales conversations run over email at support@attaxr.com. Information you send us for a demo is handled per the privacy policy. Any pricing, scope, or terms discussed for a paid engagement are binding only when we both confirm them in writing.

We may add, change, or retire product capabilities as the products evolve. If a change materially reduces something you are paying for, we will tell you beforehand and offer a pro-rata refund under our refund policy.

Products are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that findings are complete or exploitability assessments are correct. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from use of a product is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms as products and legal obligations change. The effective date above always reflects the current version. Material changes to terms governing a paid subscription are announced to affected customers at least 14 days in advance.
