Privacy Policy

What Attaxr collects, why we collect it, and the control you keep over it: email for sales conversations, scope and configuration data to operate the product, nothing sold, ever.

§1Summary

This company site collects nothing beyond standard request logs. When you use an Attaxr product, we process the data that product needs to run. We do not sell personal data, and we do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

§2What we collect

  • Contact details. The email address and anything you choose to tell us when you write to support@attaxr.com about a demo, a sale, or support.
  • Product data. Target scopes, scan configuration, and results, processed to operate the product you use. Recon data describes external systems, not you.
  • Operational logs. Request logs and error reports kept to keep the services running and secure.

§3How we use it

We use the data above to answer your email, run and improve the product it belongs to, keep the services secure and available, and meet legal obligations. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not profile you.

§4Service providers

We rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, email delivery, and model inference. Each receives only what its job requires, under agreements that restrict it to that job. Provider keys you supply for a product, such as model API keys, are used by that product on your behalf and are not shared with other providers.

§5Retention

Sales and support email is kept while the conversation is open, then for up to 24 months for reference. Product data is kept while your access is active, and is deleted within 30 days after access ends unless law requires otherwise. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

§6Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of them, email support@attaxr.com. We answer within 30 days.

§7Security

Data in transit is encrypted, credentials and keys are stored encrypted at rest, and access to production data is limited to the people who need it to operate the services. No system is perfect; if something affects your data, we will tell you what happened and what we are doing about it.

§8Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that reduces your privacy, we announce it on this page before it takes effect and, where practical, by email to affected customers.

§9Contact

Privacy questions and requests: support@attaxr.com.
